Books on C.G. Jung

I reference this book all the time.  It is written in almost an
outline format.  It is very structured in its layout.  It clearly shows the structure of Jung’s theories. After reading this book, I was able to pigeon hole the different concepts I had
been reading about in other books. This book helped me get the bigger
picture - not necessarily the big picture, just a bigger picture. I have a 1973 copy. There is a
1999 version also. Robin

Our Favorite Books by Robert Johnson

A really great book that we have two copies of - one to always have on hand if we loan the other out.

Our Favorite books by James Hollis

A book that’s really about men and men’s issues.  A straight forward read, but much tougher when used as a work book. I tried to reflect on each chapter with Hollis’ thought in mind from page 29, Quote - what we do not know, controls us. close quote; Working from there, each turn of the page helped me take a closer look at myself.

Grief Related

A GREAT book on grief by Therese Rando.  This is one of our favorite resources on the grief process. We highly recommend this book. We discuss her approach to grief in our podcast number 12 - Grief Myths.

A powerful book on suicide by Iris Bolton, the founder and director of
The Link Counseling Center in
Atlanta, Ga. Iris Bolton graduated from Columbia University New York, attended Georgia State University School of Community Counseling, and holds a master’s degree from Emory University Atlanta with a major in Suicidology.
