Suzanne and I continue the discussion on personas / social masks. How have our personas changed over time. I hope I have a thinner social mask than I used to and allow people to see more of the “Self” with a capital “S.” Don’t miss A Buddhist Podcast and Shrink Rap Radio.

This podcast had me envisioning myself with a stack of ‘masks’ on my face…and dropping them one by one. A scary process as you get closer to “you”; even doing it alone.
Then there’s the question ‘how far can I go with this process’. That is an exciting question. Relaxing and shrugging off each layer I notice.
And I wonder how it would feel to be someone who had gotten past that last layer and, now comfortable with self, knew better how to employ masks with the skill of the Shaman as he uses his masks to help others and himself.
I’m sorry if I went to far off base with this, but I’ll be thinking about this today.
Good podcast you guys. Thanks.
