Why do some people give us a real zing? Where does that energy come from? Our shadow hold lots of energy our ego doesn’t want to let out. But, if we don’t deal with it and let it out in a nice way, it will come out in strange and unhealthy ways.  We discuss how people project their unconscious material onto others.  We also discuss how their personal shadow can cause problems.
